Celia Hagan is a seasoned professional in public health with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal for Public Health at MITRE since May 2020, Celia previously held the position of Vice President at CRD Associates from January 2018 to May 2020. Celia's career at the Association of Public Health Laboratories spanned nearly seven years, during which several titles were held, including Director of Regulatory & Public Policy and Manager of HIV, Hepatitis, STD and TB Programs. Earlier roles included Clinical Research Associate at Hematologics, Inc. and Research Technician at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Celia holds a BA in Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology from Whitman College, as well as an MPH in Infectious Diseases and a Certificate in Public Health Preparedness from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
