Chamilka Perera is a trusted Systems Engineering Advisor for Government with nearly 20 years of experience in quality leadership, IT Service Management, and System Engineering. Chamilka has a proven track record in various sectors including Defense, Healthcare, and Telecommunications, and has built high-performing global teams while managing multiple large-scale projects. Currently at MITRE, Chamilka provides system engineering and acquisition support for complex modernization projects across federal agencies, including the U.S. Navy and the Internal Revenue Service. Chamilka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Eastern Connecticut State University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
