Craig Doescher

Craig Doescher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and operational analysis. Currently serving as a Principal System Engineer at MITRE since 2016, Craig Doescher leads tasks for various sponsors, including JS / J7 and DARPA, focusing on the development of operational use cases and supporting agile software development. Prior to this role, Craig Doescher worked as an Ops Analyst at Intelligent Decision Systems, Inc. from 2014 to 2016, aiding the Joint Staff J7 with the Joint Live, Virtual, and Constructive federation to improve Joint training capabilities. Craig Doescher also held the position of Lead Research Analyst at The MITRE Corporation from 1997 to 2014, where implementation of experimentation for sponsors such as ONR and SOCOM resulted in the creation of operational playbooks and the development of training simulation environments. Craig Doescher holds a Master's degree in Operations Research from the University of Central Florida and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
