Cynthia Wright

Cynthia Wright serves as the Strategy Capability Area Lead at the MITRE Cyber Innovation Center, where responsibilities include developing strategies for national security and risk management across the US government. With extensive experience in cybersecurity and leadership roles within the U.S. Air Force, Cynthia has held positions such as Chief of Strategy and Policy Division and Commander of the 38th Cyber Engineering Group. As a principal in cybersecurity strategy and policy, Cynthia has contributed to initiatives for the Department of Defense and various agencies. In addition to their corporate roles, Cynthia is an accomplished public speaker on cybersecurity topics at multiple conferences and has served as CEO of Synthus, Inc. Cynthia holds advanced degrees in National Resource Strategy, Military Operational Art & Science, and Interdisciplinary Studies from prestigious institutions, including the National Defense University and Air Command & Staff College.
