Daniela (Ela) Macander, MBA, MPH, and LSSBB, is a Principal and Lead Public Health Analyst at MITRE, where they lead federal health initiatives and drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects aimed at improving community well-being. Previously, Ela served as a Deputy Program Manager at The GW Medical Faculty Associates, managing operations for health service subcontracts across Kuwait and Qatar. They also held positions as a Senior Manager at Atlas Research and an Officer in the US Army. Ela is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Syracuse University while already holding an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
