David Klamm has extensive experience in technical program management, having held various leadership roles at MITRE from April 2013 to February 2019, including Technical Program Manager in three senior capacities. Prior to this, David managed business consulting and IOSA and ETO programs at Morten Beyer & Agnew from September 2008 to November 2009. Additionally, David served as a Senior Technical Program Manager at The MITRE Corporation from May 2011 to March 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Data Analytics & Decision Making from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Aviation, Airport Management from The University of North Dakota (2004-2008).
