David Marsh

David Marsh is a Principal Aerospace Systems Engineer at MITRE since December 2016, specializing in roadmap development, modeling, technical analysis, and digital tool integration for advanced aviation systems, including F-35 aircraft and their modernization upgrades. With a diverse background in program management, systems engineering, and decision analysis, David has led initiatives in digital acquisitions, requirements management, and risk assessment frameworks. Prior to MITRE, David served as an Officer in the USAF for over 22 years, achieving the rank of Lt Col and holding various leadership positions in cyber/systems engineering and program management. Education includes a PhD in Computer Engineering and multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering and Artificial Intelligence from distinguished institutions.
