David Valencia

David Valencia is an accomplished U.S. Naval Officer with 21 years of experience, currently serving as a Systems Engineer and Electrical Engineer Lead at MITRE. Previously, David held various roles in the Navy, including Training Officer at the Undersea Warfighting Development Center and Naval Flight Officer, where they excelled in tactical development and training management. David's education includes a Master's Degree in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University.
