Ed Lopes is a seasoned learning and development leader with expertise in process improvement and training program management. They currently serve as the Lead Business Systems Engineer at MITRE, where they support project teams by enhancing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. Previously, Ed held various roles at organizations such as Xerox and NIITEK, where they developed and delivered training programs, led teams, and managed significant budgets while ensuring high client and employee satisfaction. Ed's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an Associate's degree from Modesto Junior College.
