Edward Powers, Ed.D., is a full-time faculty member who teaches multiple courses in the Master of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communication program at Northeastern University. As the lead for the Public and Media Relations concentration, Edward currently helps develop a virtual public relations firm where students engage in real client projects. Previously, Edward served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at National Grid USA from 2002 to 2008 and has been the Department Head for Communication Products and Editorial Services at The MITRE Corporation since 2008. Edward earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Communication and Leadership from Northeastern University, where studies took place from 2011 to 2016.
