Eric Sikorski

Eric Sikorski is a Lead Human Centered Engineer and Group Lead at MITRE, where they focus on human factors and training technology research and development. Previously, they served as the Director of Programs and Research at Quantum Improvements Consulting and held positions at the United States Department of Defense, where they managed a portfolio of research projects on human performance. Eric’s academic background includes a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems and multiple degrees in Psychology and Instructional Design from prestigious universities. They have a strong interest in studying human performance in military and athletic contexts.
