Eugene Cullen

Eugene Cullen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and cost analysis. Currently serving as Principal Project Manager at MITRE since January 2016, Eugene has also held roles such as Deputy Project Manager and Lead Cost Analyst within the same organization. Prior to MITRE, Eugene was an Associate Broker with Flying Horse Realty from February 2020 to November 2023 and worked as a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from September 2007 to January 2016. Earlier in Eugene's career, work included a position as a Cost Analyst at TASC from July 2006 to September 2007. Eugene holds a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
