Grant E. Cuprak is a creative national security strategist with over a decade of experience, including more than four years advising at the highest levels of the Department of Defense. Currently serving as an Intel Strategy & Policy Principal at MITRE and as a Stephen M. Kellen Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations, Grant's expertise includes military competition and strategic analysis. Previously, Grant held significant roles at the Office of the Secretary of Defense and had command positions within the U.S. Army, leading teams on various missions, including combat deployments. Grant's academic background includes a Master's degree in Policy Management from Georgetown University and ongoing Bachelor's studies in both History and Geospatial Information Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
