Howard Lazoff, PMP, is a seasoned Senior Program Manager with over 25 years of experience in system design, development, integration, and testing across the Undersea Warfare, Marine Systems, Data Analytics, and Cognitive Autonomy sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Navy Domain Engineer at MITRE, Lazoff plays a pivotal role in designing the next generation of LCS Anti-Submarine Warfare systems.
