Jayme Squire is a strategic design leader with over 15 years of experience in product management, user experience, and behavioral design. Currently serving as the Lead Human-Centered Engineer and Project Lead at MITRE since 2018, Jayme specializes in delivering user-centered solutions in complex environments, while effectively leading cross-functional teams. Previously, Jayme was the CEO and Marketing Strategist at LymeLight Digital Media, where they managed a diverse portfolio of projects and clients. They earned an Associate of Arts from Anne Arundel Community College, a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and a Master’s Degree in Interaction Design & Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore.
