Jim Higgins

Jim Higgins is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in endpoint solutions and unified communications. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Department Manager for Enterprise Endpoint Solutions at MITRE since September 2013, Jim leads teams responsible for endpoint provisioning, security management, and collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365. Previous roles at MITRE include Manager of Endpoint Management & Tools and Unified Communications & Collaboration Service Manager. Jim also volunteered as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Virginia Defense Force from June 2018 to November 2022. Prior to MITRE, Jim held various technical leadership positions at GEICO, focusing on system engineering, automation, and vendor management. Jim holds a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Assurance & Security from the University of Mary Washington.
