Joanne Moore

Joanne Moore is a seasoned Business and Technology Strategist, currently serving as a Principal at MITRE since April 2022, where collaboration with federal agencies focuses on business and technology strategies related to governance and performance management. With previous experience as a Lead in Business Strategy & Technology at MITRE and as a Senior Strategist for the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, Joanne has a proven track record in talent management for military and civilian workforces. Additional roles include Deputy for Diversity and Inclusion at the U.S. Army and various strategic planning positions within the Army and Department of Defense. Joanne holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
