John Stine is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering and operations research, currently serving as the Department Head of Operations Research and Principal Communications Engineer at MITRE since July 2001. Prior experience includes roles as Construction Manager and Chief of Engineering at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, where responsibilities included overseeing A&E and construction contracts for specialized targets related to high explosives and threat reduction testing, as well as serving as an Operations Research Systems Analyst at the U.S. Army Test and Experimentation Command.
