Jon Aho

Jon Aho is a Senior Networking Systems Engineer at MITRE, a position held since May 2017, and previously worked as a Networking and Infrastructure Engineering Intern at the same company. Aho contributed to the development of the MITRE IoT Unique Identification Challenge, focusing on IoT protocols such as ZigBee and Z-Wave. Prior to MITRE, Aho was a Project Management Intern at ConnectPrep, leading a team in designing an online analytics platform. Aho also served as a Xerox Research Fellow and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Rochester, working on the GARNET Network simulator and the GEMCloud Google Maps visualization project. Aho earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Rochester in 2017.
