Jon Desenberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance management and policy development. Currently serving as a Principal at MITRE since March 2016, Desenberg previously held the position of Policy Director at The Performance Institute, where responsibilities included strategic planning and human capital planning for various governmental and non-profit clients across North America. Prior to that, Desenberg worked at the General Services Administration (GSA) from February 1991 to September 2004, progressing to the role of Director of Performance Management while also serving as a Management Analyst and Policy Analyst. Desenberg holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law, obtained between 1996 and 1999, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan, earned from 1986 to 1990.
