Josh Erling is the Managing Director of the Agile and Resilient Battle Management Division at MITRE, where they oversee a program focused on integrating command and control capabilities for the Department of the Air Force and Joint warfighters. From 2014 to 2017, Josh held various leadership positions at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, including Group Leader for Tactical Defense Systems and Airborne Radar Systems. Previously, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Penn State University, where they earned both a Bachelor's and a Doctorate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
