Kent White

Kent White is a Principal Systems Engineer at MITRE since February 2014, specializing in system assessment and influencing technical recommendations for the Missile Defense Agency's Ballistic Missile Defense capabilities. Prior to this role, Kent served as Chief Scientist at Parsons (formerly SPARTA, Inc.), leading new business development and technology assessments, and held positions at Schafer Corporation as Principal Investigator, overseeing weapon and Battle Management subsystems analyses. Kent's extensive experience includes being a Fellow Member of the Technical Staff at Nichols Research Corporation, a Senior Systems Analyst at Unisys Corporation, and earlier roles at MITRE and System Development Corporation. Kent holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
