Kerry Long is a cloud security architect at MITRE, where they focus on the security implications of commercial clouds, particularly Azure. Previously, Kerry served as a principal information security engineer at MITRE, a senior project manager for the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity, and head of an R&D group for the Army Research Lab. They began their career as a Lieutenant in the US Navy, managing a secure network for naval nuclear engineers. Kerry holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The George Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Project Management at Colorado State University.
