Lara Watts

Lara Watts is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partners at MITRE, Lara has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Talent Acquisition at ManTech and various director-level positions at Raytheon Technologies and Raytheon, focusing on human resources and talent acquisition. Lara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Master of Science in Journalism with a focus on Advertising, both from West Virginia University.
