Madeline Murphy is an accomplished Environmental Scientist currently working at MITRE, focusing on energy, environmental, material, and chemical sciences. As the founder of SEDIMENT, a venture that enhances local food systems by connecting communities with commercial fishing industries, Madeline organizes "ocean-to-table" events featuring locally caught lobsters. Previous experiences include serving as a SEA GRANT Aquaculture and Fisheries Fellow at the Coastal Resources Center, leading a direct-to-consumer seafood project at Farm Fresh Rhode Island, and conducting critical mineral research at SAFE.
