Matthew Cotter is a systems engineer with extensive experience in physics, mathematics, and computer science, applying these disciplines to tackle challenges in system development and acquisition projects for the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security. They worked at MITRE in various roles, including Department Chief Engineer and Lead Systems Engineer. Matthew conducted independent research in computational physics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they simulated the magnetic properties of quantum crystalline systems.
