Matthew Janson is currently the Cyber Architecture and Resiliency Lead at MITRE and has been a Cyberspace Officer with the Ohio Air National Guard since 2012. Previously, they held the role of Systems Security Engineer at MITRE from 2018 to 2021 and served in various technical positions, including Cyberspace Systems Operations in the United States Air Force from 2005 to 2012. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Franklin University and a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additionally, they completed advanced studies at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and held roles at Nova Technology Solutions and Northrop Grumman.
