Michael Reavey

Michael Reavey is a Cyber Modernization Engineer at MITRE since June 2015, specializing in prototyping and overseeing research and development across various technical domains, including infrastructure hardening, modular open mission systems, and cyber monitoring architecture. Notable achievements include leading the development of the Cyber Monitoring Architecture Prototype (CyMAP) and serving as the infrastructure lead for a multi-program enterprise testbed. Prior to MITRE, Michael held a position as a Network Security Engineer, where significant contributions involved developing automated tools for network analysis and conducting a comprehensive gap analysis using the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Michael earned a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Boston University and previously worked in music education and as an advisory intern at KPMG.
