Mike Fleckenstein

Mike Fleckenstein serves as the Chief Data Strategist at MITRE, where thought leadership is provided to address federal data management challenges and support federal Chief Data Officers. With extensive experience in data management, Fleckenstein has held senior advisory roles, including Principal where data strategy education was developed and taught. Prior to MITRE, Fleckenstein was a Senior Principal at Project Performance Corp, driving business development for large-scale projects. Experience also includes managing IT operations at Medmarc Insurance Group and co-founding Windsor Systems Consulting, significantly contributing to annual revenue growth.
