Noran (DNA) Abraham, D.Eng, is a Chief Dream Officer and technical leader in systems engineering and enterprise modernization. With a Doctorate in Engineering Management, Noran has transformed complex ideas into mission-critical systems and played a pivotal role in national aviation safety networks and AI-enabled cloud platforms. Previously, Noran held positions at organizations such as MITRE and the USPTO, contributing to advancements in unmanned aircraft systems and patent examination. Currently, Noran serves as a Doctorate Research Advisor at The George Washington University, guiding doctoral candidates in applying engineering management concepts to real-world problems.
