Patrick Butler is an experienced government procurement attorney with over 20 years of expertise in government contract law. They currently focus on Bid Protest Research and provide subject matter expert-level acquisition support to the Air National Guard's military construction program through their firm, PBI Consulting, LLC. Patrick has authored significant legal resources, including "Key Case Law Rules for Government Contract Formation," and is presently contracted with MITRE Corporation to lead the development of the Contract Protest Diagnostic Tool. Having retired as an Army JAG Colonel in 2021, they continue to navigate complex legal issues in government contracting.
