Paul Rowe is a Principal Cyber Resiliency Researcher with over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, specializing in areas such as cryptographic protocol analysis, cyber resiliency, and trustworthy AI. Currently, they hold this position at MITRE, having previously served as Principal Researcher there from 2009 to 2023 and as Associate Research Director for High Assurance Solutions at Two Six Technologies from 2023 to 2024. Rowe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, Magna Cum Laude, from Carleton College and completed a PhD in Mathematics at the University of Pennsylvania.
