Paulette Huckstep

Paulette Huckstep, Ed.D, is a Senior Principal and Department Head for the Oceans and Atmosphere Department at MITRE, a position held since 2019. They lead MITRE's initiatives with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Previously, Paulette served in various roles at MITRE, including Group Leader and Lead Information Systems Engineer, where they focused on team growth, project delivery, and business analysis for federal sponsors. Paulette holds an MBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from American University and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation from Marymount University.
