Peter Sheingold

Peter Sheingold is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and infrastructure security, currently serving as a Senior Principal/Portfolio Manager at MITRE since October 2005. With a strong track record of managing client relationships and leading complex homeland security programs, Peter has successfully diversified portfolios and improved mission performance within the Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Prior experience includes a role as Senior Managing Consultant at IBM, where Peter led strategies for federal homeland security agencies, and earlier positions focused on public safety and organizational improvement with the New York City Council and other organizations. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in American History from Hampshire College.
