Phil Abrams

Phil Abrams is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Employee Services at MITRE, they design and implement world-class programs and strategies to attract and retain talent. Previously, Phil held roles including Director of HR Operations and Senior Manager of Compensation & Talent Architecture at MITRE, as well as Associate Director at Willis Towers Watson, where they specialized in Human Capital Rewards programs. Phil earned an MBA with distinction from Boston College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Bryant University.
