Ryan Byrne

Ryan Byrne, PhD, is currently a Lead Biomedical Engineer at MITRE Corporation, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, Ryan served as a Senior Biomedical Engineer at MITRE. They completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh in 2019, where they conducted research on biomechanical analysis of the lumbar and cervical spine. Ryan also gained experience in various engineering roles, including a Tool Design Co-op at BMW Manufacturing and a Co-op/Intern Associate at Crane Fluid Handling. In 2011, Ryan worked as a Sales Associate at The UPS Store.
