Ryan J.

Ryan J. is an accomplished homeland security professional currently serving as a Principal Counterterrorism Strategist at MITRE, where they develop integrated strategies supporting U.S. government efforts. With over 24 years of federal law enforcement experience, they have held various leadership roles, including Senior National Security Liaison at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Supervisory Special Agent at Homeland Security Investigations. Ryan holds a Master’s degree from the Naval Postgraduate School's Center for Homeland Defense and Security and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Political Science from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. They are also a published author, having written a thesis on the influence of internet affordances on crime and law enforcement.
