Sacha Panic is a dedicated scientist, engineer, and artist with a strong background in aerospace, specializing in spatial orientation and man-machine interaction. Currently serving as the Lead Scientist at MITRE and a Training Specialist at SIRIUS Astronaut Training since 2012, they leverage their expertise in virtual and augmented reality for research and operational applications. Additionally, Sacha is a Visiting Research Scientist at the Ashton Graybiel Spatial Orientation Laboratory, contributing to advancements in sensory-motor human factors and cognition augmentation. As an artist, Sacha has showcased several grant-funded interactive installations that integrate art, science, education, and technology.
