Sean Ricks

Sean Ricks is a Principal Systems Engineer at MITRE, where they serve as the steward for Model-Based Engineering technical capabilities. With a strong background in mechanical engineering, Sean has extensive experience in model-based systems engineering, software development, and human-centered product design. They previously held roles as a Senior Systems Engineer and Project Engineer at MITRE, and as an Automation Technician at US Synthetic. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where their research focused on sociotechnological issues in India.
