Sherry Janssen obtained a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the George Washington University in May 2011. Currently, Sherry is a Senior Systems Engineer at the MITRE Corporation, working within the Center for Advanced Aviation and System Development (CAASD) on Traffic Flow Management Cross-Domain Systems Engineering. In this role, Sherry develops recommendations for Traffic Flow Management capabilities to support the FAA's transition to the Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen). Previously, Sherry served as an Embedded Software Engineer Associate at Lockheed Martin from 2008 to 2009.
