Steve Doskey

Steve Doskey, Ph.D., serves as the Chief Engineer in the Health Area at MITRE since February 2009, where responsibilities include developing business strategies and managing a portfolio of projects across the Federal government, in addition to contributing to independent research in Systems Engineering and Operations Research. Previously, Steve held the position of Executive Director at the Systems and Software Consortium, managing corporate finance and operations, and served as Vice President and CTO at Fedsources, Inc., overseeing IT operations and product development. Early career highlights include directing e-business solutions at DynCorp/GTE and managing programs at Life Cycle Technologies, Inc. and TEMPEST Technologies, Inc. Steve holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from George Washington University, an MBA from William & Mary, a degree in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University, and an AAS in Architectural Engineering from Northern Virginia Community College.
