Su Chang

Su Chang has extensive experience in government contracting and operations management, beginning with participation in the Department of the Interior's Government-wide Acquisition Intern Program from June 2002 to June 2004. Following this, Su held the position of Contract Specialist at the Missile Defense Agency from October 2004 to June 2007, where responsibilities included negotiating and administering contracts for ballistic missile defense initiatives. Since June 2007, Su has served as Operations Manager for MITRE's Cross-cutting Urgent Innovation Cell, leading a team focused on national security solutions. Su holds a Master of Arts in US Foreign Policy from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Utah.
