Thomas Taylor

Thomas Taylor is a seasoned Principal RF Communications Engineer at MITRE since December 2020, with extensive experience in the Department of Defense (DoD). Prior roles include Deputy Director for EMS Operations at the DoD CIO from June 2012 to December 2020 and Director of the EMS Operations Division, contributing significantly to advancing EMS capabilities. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer for the NATO Training Mission in Afghanistan and holding various positions as a Navy Officer from 1983 to 2005. Thomas Taylor holds a Master's degree from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
