Tim Menke

Tim Menke is a Strategic Advisor at MITRE, where they focus on strategic experimentation and analysis. They previously served as Technical Director at AFLCMC/XZS from 1998 to 2020, leading initiatives in modeling, simulation, and analysis for Air Force systems. Earlier in their career, Tim was an AF Development Planning Analyst at ASC/XR Development Planning Directorate (1993–1998) and a Modeling and Simulation Analyst at the Air Force Research Laboratory (1990–1993). They began their professional journey as a Flight Control Engineer with the United States Air Force from 1985 to 1990. Tim holds a Doctor of Law degree from Capital University Law School, a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Kansas - School of Engineering.
