Tom Weber

Tom Weber is currently a Principal Underwater Acoustics Engineer at MITRE, having transitioned to this role in 2023. Previously, Tom served as a Program Officer at the Office of Naval Research from 2022 to 2023. From 2017 to 2021, Tom held various academic positions at the University of New Hampshire, including Associate Professor, where they focused on ocean acoustics, ocean mapping, and ocean instrumentation. Tom is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Acoustics at Penn State University and holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
