Tracy Schario

Tracy Schario, APR, Fellow PRSA, is a senior corporate communications leader and strategic thinker, recognized for their role as a transformational change agent and communicator. With extensive experience across various sectors, Tracy served as the Communications Officer for The Pew Charitable Trusts, where they directed advocacy communications for a multimillion-dollar clean energy campaign, and later enhanced corporate communication strategies as Chief External Relations Officer for The Optical Society. Currently, as the Senior External Communications Department Head at MITRE, Tracy leads a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative communication strategies, promoting the organization's mission to external audiences.
