Warner Warren

Warner Warren, PhD, is a Senior Communications Systems Engineer at MITRE, specializing in satellite and ground communications systems, signal processing, and systems engineering. With a strong background in electrical engineering and a certification as an IEEE Wireless Communications Professional, Warner has contributed to various organizations including Bell Laboratories, AT&T Information Systems, and Telcordia Technologies. Warner's expertise encompasses communications systems architecture, information theory, and machine learning, among other areas. Currently, Warner is pursuing both a Master's and a PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley.
