William B.

William B. is a highly experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as Principal Systems Security Engineer and Group Leader at MITRE since March 2018, following roles as Lead and Senior Systems Security Engineer. Prior to MITRE, William held the position of Cybersecurity Lead at Exostrategies, Inc., where leadership included developing a comprehensive cybersecurity program and initiating the FedRAMP certification process. At Exostrategies, William successfully proposed and marketed innovative cybersecurity products and led system architecture analysis for resiliency projects. Previous experience includes serving as ISR Architect/Scrum Master at Leidos, Intelligence Collection Manager at Archimedes Global Inc., and Military Intelligence Officer in the US Army. William holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Southwestern College.
