Luis Pereira

Luis Pereira is a civil engineer and MBA holder who graduated in civil engineering from Universidade do Minho in 2003 and earned an MBA from IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management in 2018. Since 2007, they have built a career in West Africa, particularly in Senegal, Mali, and Niger, holding various high-level positions at Camacho Engenharia, including Development and Commercial Strategy Director, International Director, and Country Managing Director, before becoming the Program Director at Mitrelli in 2023. They have led numerous international projects funded by major organizations such as the European Union and the World Bank, and are recognized for their leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
