Dean Rioli

Dean Rioli is the Managing Director at Bunji Hire, where they lead an Indigenous-owned plant and equipment hire business. With over 15 years of experience in business development and Indigenous employment strategies, Dean previously served as Managing Director of the Dean Rioli Aboriginal Employment Service, successfully placing over 200 Indigenous people into permanent jobs. Dean has also held positions including Deputy Chair at the Bridging the Gap Foundation and Board Member at the Melbourne Indigenous Transition School, demonstrating a strong commitment to community engagement and empowerment.
